We offer a programme of internships and work placements. We aim to provide an insight into all aspects of running a theatre through hands-on tasks, working alongside the PAC team and regular opportunities for discussion and questions.

We offer a 2-3 day per week internship, with a particular focus on marketing. We know ourselves how frustrating the 'no experience, no arts job' cycle can be, but also that taking on any training role can be difficult financially and with other commitments. We are therefore as flexible as we can be with the days and times of the internship, don't ask for a full time commitment, cover your expenses and wherever possible tailor the role to suit what you want to do next.
